Invigorating and warming, Afghani Chai may be either steeped or traditionally boiled in water with milk (add a handful of chopped fresh ginger for additional heat, if desired) and sweetened to taste. Brewing Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon per 8oz/250ml. Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil, remove from heat; set aside for 3 minutes. Add tea and let steep for 4-6 min.
