We consistently strive to provide excellent customer service to you online, on the phone, and in person. If you can’t find what you are looking for or have a question left unanswered by our website, please feel free to call or email us. We want you to be satisfied with any purchase you make and will happily be here to help you find what you’re after. When can I expect my order?
We process all orders as quickly as we can. Orders of in stock items typically ship in 2-3 days of the placement of the order. Actual ship time depends on shipping method and your location. We ship in stock items from Portland, Oregon. If you are in a hurry or have a specific need-by date, please feel free to give us a call and we will do our best to speed things up for you. If any of the items you have ordered are not in stock we will notify you via email. All orders of items not in stock have a standard lead time of 3 weeks. If there is a reason your order will not arrive within the standard 3 weeks we will send you an updated lead time via email.
What if I have specific instructions or notes for my order?
There is a notes section when you place your order. Let us know if it is a surprise gift or if you have any special requests. Of course, you can call or email us and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Will you hold my order and ship it at a later time?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold online orders for later shipment. We can hold orders for later shipment that are placed by telephone for up to five days. Please call us during our hours of operation: Monday-Saturday 10-6, Sunday 12-5, Pacific Time and we’ll be happy to help you.
Can I order by telephone?
Yes. You can always place an order by telephone. This may be the best way to go if you’d like your order gift-wrapped or if you order needs any other special attention. We can be reached Monday – Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-5, Pacific Time.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we understand the need to return. Website orders may be exchanged or returned for a refund of the original selling price of the item within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please include the reason[s] why you are unhappy with the item[s] so we are aware of the problem. Website orders may be exchanged or returned for a gift card within 30 days of purchase. All web purchases are final after 30 days. Purchases of all items on sale are final at time of sale. Gift cards will be mailed to the same address to which the order was sent. All returns must be in as-new re-salable condition accompanied by the original receipt. COD DELIVERIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on custom, monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or paint.

Do you have multiple locations?
No. We are one store located on the corner of NW 23rd Avenue and Kearney Street in Portland, Oregon. For a map and driving directions check out our contact page.
What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and Manor Fine Wares gift cards.
Will I get an order confirmation via email?
Yes. We will send you a message confirming your order in 1 business day.
What is the credit card verification number?
The number printed on your card provides extra security when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express cards, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.
What is your privacy policy?
Read our full privacy policy here. We respect your privacy. We will not sell your personal information. If you ever want your email or mailing address removed from our mailing list, just say the word.
How can I find out the status of my web order?
Log in and go to “My Orders”. And, of course, you can call us when we’re open: Monday-Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-5.
How can I make a change to or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, we will be happy to help you change or cancel your order. To do so, please call us Monday – Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-5, Pacific Time. Please have your name, address, and order number handy.
What do I do if my order arrives broken?
We inspect each item before we pack and ship it to you. If your purchase arrives damaged, please keep all the packing materials and your receipt and contact us within 3 days. We will set up a return of the damaged item and arrange for a replacement. Please don’t send the item back without contacting us, as unauthorized damage returns will not be eligible for exchange, return, or refund. Items reported as damaged after 3 days will not be eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Can orders be sent to a PO Box?
We regret that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date?
We are not set up for saving shopping carts at this time. You can always print out your shopping cart. If you would like to create a wish list or gift registry, please call. We can help you create one and email you a PDF copy complete with images.
What is the correct way to list initials for a monogram?
A monogram has the middle letter bigger than the letters on the outside and is written First, Last, Middle name. So, for the name Amelia Mary Earhart, you would write the monogram AEM. For regular initials you would write it AME.

Farrow & Ball Shipping
Farrow & Ball shipping charges for 750 mL and 1-gallon pots are calculated by weight. A 1-gallon pot weighs 13.5 lbs and a 750mL pot weighs 2.65 lbs, you are charged as follows:
Under 29 lbs = $20 29.1 - 55 lbs = $40 55.1 - 82 lbs = $60 82.1 - 108 lbs = $80
108.1 - 134 lbs = $100 134.1 - 161 lbs = $120 161.1 - 187 lbs = $140
187.1 - 213 lbs = $160 213.1 - 242 lbs = $180 243 lbs and over = $200
